2. Print out and fill out this form.
3. Bring that form, along with $19 to your appointment.
The Hillcrest DMV has moped license plates IN STOCK. That means you will spend less than an hour at the DMV and walk out with your plates in hand, 100% legal and no worries about pigs.
You DO have your M2 endorsement, right?
